It seems as though Rochester may have it’s first gated community in the near future. The Rochester City Counsel voted 4-3 to go forward with the project.
Some have argued that a gated community takes away from the welcoming spirit our city has worked so hard to achieve.
There’s no denying that there is a demand for such a development.
I know there will be strong opinions on this. The points could be argued both ways. What are your thoughts?
